If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of TOTALEE, simply contact our Customer Care Department within twenty-one (21) days of your initial order date for a refund. No refunds will be issued for any requests received after the twenty-one (21) day period. Recurring auto-shipments beyond the 21 day introductory period from the initial order date do not qualify for the guarantee and no refunds will be issued for product returned outside of the twenty-one (21) period from your initial date.

Please allow up to thirty (30) days for Great HealthWorks, Inc. to process the refund for the purchase price of the product back your credit or debit card. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refund transaction.

If you are taking advantage of our convenient monthly installment and/or recurring auto-shipment plan, you may modify or cancel your plan at any time by contacting our Customer Care Department. Any cancelation or modification to your account will take effect at the end of your current installment plan. Product will only be shipped following authorization of the monthly billing amount to your EFT/Credit Card provided at the time of your initial order. You may cancel your EFT/Credit Card authorization by notifying us at least ten (10) days prior to the next billing cycle, which will result in no further billing and shipments of product.
